The pattern is ancient. For 10,000 years, the Briefcase Man has arrived with dreams, signed deals in back rooms, extracted resources, and left destruction. He wears many masks—temple administrator, conquistador, IMF official, private equity partner. Behind him stand the Money Changers, the hidden hand that has always owned the briefcase. And in his wake, Bob and Sam play their roles: the current power holder who becomes the scapegoat, and the next in line who walks into the same trap.

Protogony renders them irrelevant. By building transparent, accountable, community‑owned alternatives, we close the back rooms and empty the briefcase. The gate opens to the tools and principles that make this possible.
