Step-Down, Step-Up Community Connections
How communities form and connect through regional stewards
Regional steward establishes contact point and creates encrypted group.
Community stewards contact regional steward, get group invite.
Community stewards create their own encrypted groups for members.
Individuals find communities through regional/community groups.
Key Principle: Each level maintains sovereignty. Regional doesn't control communities; communities don't control individuals. Everyone can step up or down as needed.
These are examples of communities that might be in the regional group. Contact the regional steward to find actual communities.
Example of: A community focused on permaculture and mutual aid
In regional group as: "River Valley - Jamie"

Contact the regional steward (Alex) to get invited to the regional group.
